Q. Do you offer Wifi? Is it free?
A.
Yes. We offer complimentary Wifi service at your rv.

Q. What are your rates?
A.
Our rates are based on length of stay, the size of the space, amenities at each site, and location within the resort.

Q. Do you offer full hook-ups?
A
. Each of our spaces offers: water, sewer, cable tv, 30/50 amp electric.  Extended stay rates are plus metered electric.

Q. Do you have pull-thru spaces? Can you accommodate a 45ft rv?
A.
Yes. We have a limited number of spaces available.  As the demand is very high, we do not offer extended
stay rates on these sites.  However, we do have many very large spaces that we offer our extended stay visitors.

Q. Do you have group rates?
A.
Yes. We can accommodate groups up to 250 RV's.  We offer a scaled contract based on number of RV's reserved.
We offer a club room, kitchen, and other great amenities to serve your group.

Q. Are you close to San Diego?
A.
Unfortunately we are a long way but we can refer you to another Sunland property that can better fit your needs.

Q. Are you close to shopping and dining?
A.
Yes. There are several restaurants and shopping centers within 5 minutes of the property.
Major retailers such as Costco and Wal-mart are about 10 minutes away. The world famous
El Paseo shopping district is less then 5 miles away. The Cabazon Outlet center is 30 minutes away.

Q. Do you accept pets? Are there restrictions?
A.
Yes. We are pet friendly.  We supply pet waste bags and have 2 enclosed pet run areas that have
grass. We do limit each site to 2 pets per site and do not allow any aggressive breeds. A complete list of pet rules
is available upon check in.

Q. Do you have pool? Is it heated?
A.
Yes. We have two heated pools and 2 spas for your year round enjoyment.  Our pool deck features cabanas,
complimentary towels, and food and beverage service.

Q. Do you sell propane?
A.
No. However a local vendor does offer delivery to your rv.

Q. When is check in time? Check out time?
A.
Check in time is 1 p.m.  Check-out is 12 noon. Early arrivals and late departures (if available) may be subject
to a nominal fee.

Q. Do you have restrictions on type of rv?
A.
Yes. All RV's must be fully self contained, and are subject to an exterior inspection upon arrival. The rv must
be clean, rust free, no broken windows, and if motor powered running. Tarps on roofs, and other modifications
are strictly prohibited.The resort has a complete list of rules and regulations on file for your review.
Sorry, no tent camping.

Q. Can I have a camp-fire?
A
. Unfortunately no. Local City ordinance does not allow this for your safety with rv's and propane gas in the vicinity.
However, barbecues are welcome.

Q. Are you a membership resort?  How long can I stay?
A.
No. We are non-membership, non-ownership. We offer daily, weekly, and extended stay rates.
There are no restrictions on your length of stay.

Q. Do you offer discounts? Military, AARP,Senior? AAA, Good Sam, Escapees? Passport America?
A.
We offer 10% discounts off of our daily rate for: AAA, Good Sam, and Active duty military.
A valid ID card must be presented at check-in to obtain these discounts. Offers may not be
combined and do not apply to any other discounted rates.

Q. Can I reserve a specific site?
A.
Yes. With a 60 day or longer reservation you may request a specific space.  A 50% percent deposit of the entire stay is required to guarantee the site.

Q. Do you have a laundry facility?
A.
Yes. We have a brand new spotlessly clean laundry that is right on site for your convenience. We have the convenience of a card system so no need for quarters for long term guests. A few quarter machines are available for our overnight visitors.

Q. Do you offer rv storage?
A.
Yes. We have many storage options to fit your needs. Fully secure, cooler equipped storage garages.
We have storage lockers and closets as well. We have a limited number of outdoor storage spaces.

Q. How do I get there? Directions?
A
. Directions: West Bound on Interstate 10, Exit 134, Cook Street, South 0.8 miles to third traffic light,
left onto Frank Sinatra Dr., 1 mile to Emerald Desert on left at Stop sign.

Q. Do you have casino's close by?

Q. Do you offer rentals?
A.
Yes, We offer beatifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath Resort Villa homes which are well appointed for your comfortable enjoyment.  Available for Daily, Weekly, And Monthy rental.

Q. What is your cancellation policy? What is your reservation change policy?
A.
In order for you to forgo any cancellation fee we encourage you not to cancel your reservation completely but select future dates and move your existing reservation so not to be penalized.  We understand that you may not be able to select future dates and unfortunately our policy will be in effect and at a minimum a daily rate will be forfeited with the remainder of the deposit refunded to the credit card on file.

3 day or less reservation: 72 hours prior to arrival date- one day minimum charge.
Less then 72 hours= forfeit payment.
4- Days or longer reservation: 31 days prior to arrival = one day minimum charge.
8-30 days prior to arrival= 50% of deposit forfeited.

Q. Do you offer activities?

Q. Do you allow visitors?
A.
Yes. All visitors must register with the office. Young Person Overnight Visitation (any person under 18):
However, we do make some exceptions with regard to visiting younger person. To qualify for young person overnight visitation, a guest must be registered to stay a minimum of thirty (31) consecutive days. If visitors are overnight guests, or intend to use the common facilities they are subject to visitor fees. All visitors (adult or child) must be accompanied by the paying guest at all times.  For availability see scheduled calendar visits at the Front Desk.

Q. Parking?
A.
Only one RV per site. All passenger vehicles must be parked at site or in designated guest parking areas.
All autos must be parked parallel to the RV. All vehicles must be registered with the office.
Limited overnight off-RV site parking is available for a fee. All illegally parked vehicles are subject to tow.

Q. Mortorized Vehicles?
A.
Proof of current registration on all vehicles is required. Resort speed limit is 5 mph. Please drive slow and safe.
